Brightening Multi Active Toner

White balance water replenishes a transparent moisturizing layer to the skin, evens skin tone, deeply cleanses, reduces the appearance of dark spots and tightens pores. 

FUNCTION:

• Wood ear extract has the ability to hold water equivalent to 500 times its own weight.

• Tranexamic acid prevents dark spots caused by UV rays and harmful agents, and helps to brighten the skin. 

• Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) helps to nourish and hydrate the skin, reduce wrinkles and even out skin tone. Anti-inflammatory agents help fade scars and brown spots on the skin.

USING:

 Soak a small amount of toner on cotton pad, gently massage all over face in circular motion, focusing on oily areas until fully absorbed before applying other products. Should be combined with Whitening Essence. Avoid contact with eyes.
